The fundamental aim of my supervisory practice is to support counsellors and psychotherapists within their client work and to develop their skills as practitioners.
I also offer supervision for those in other helping professions such as teachers, coaches, nurses and support workers.
Whether it be facing difficulties with clients, expanding knowledge of theory or looking at the unconscious aspects of your work and therapeutic relationships, supervision allows you to process client work in a professional, private and contained environment.
I aim to help you develop your own style and voice as a therapist and encourage the use of your own intuition alongside your theoretical modality to help you reach your potential. Working in the therapeutic profession is a huge undertaking and a large element of my work focuses on your well-being and preventing burn-out, something that is all too common in this industry.
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Supervision (CPCAB) and utilise The 7 Eyed, Cyclical, Functional and Developmental models. My therapeutic modality is strongly relational and centres around Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Attachment theories. I am also a Walk and Talk therapist. I am a member of The NCS and also have a thorough knowledge of The BACP Ethical Framework.
I work both face to face and via Zoom. My fees are:
- £55 for 1 hour
- £80 for 1.5 hours
- £100 for 2 hours
